Refund Policy

We want every student who enrols to feel that the Academy is worth its price — and we recognise it is a serious financial commitment. We therefore offer a clear, no-small-print 30-day money-back guarantee.

The Guarantee

If within 30 days of enrolment you decide the course is not for you, write to us through the contact page and we will refund your payment in full. No interview, no defence required. We may ask one optional question — "what didn't land for you?" — to improve the curriculum.

How to Request

1. Write to us from the email address on your account.
2. Include the order reference from your receipt.
3. State that you would like to use the 30-day guarantee.

Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your card issuer or bank. We will close your access to the course on the same day the refund is issued.

After Day 30

After day 30, enrolment is non-refundable. This is the same standard as professional certifications and university courses. If you have a genuinely exceptional circumstance (serious illness, bereavement), write to us anyway — we read every message.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A direct refund is faster for everyone and avoids the dispute fee passed on to your card issuer.
